Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING 

A standard shipping fee will be applied to all orders under $100. Enjoy free shipping on any orders above $100. No code necessary. Once order is placed we ship within 7 business days. For faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping to receive package within the specified business days at checkout.

EXCHANGES

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and treat the original item as a return. 

RETURNS 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of domestic orders within 14 business days of the date the order was shipped. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We accept returns on any unused items with the original packaging and tags attached. We will not accept any items that look worn or damaged. International returns are not accepted.

HOW TO RETURN ORDER

You can choose to use the shipping company of your choice to ship the goods back to us, or request a pre-paid return shipping label from us. If you choose to use our return label, please contact us at hello@houseofolia.com with your order number, which item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you are returning. You will receive an email with return label. 

REFUND PROCESS

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and refund order once received. It may take 5-7 business days for refunded funds to appear in your bank account. This is out of our control. 

HOW TO SEND ITEM(S) BACK

1. Add all unworn/unwanted items in original packaging to shipping mailer.
2. Place shipping label on your package.
