Return Policy

We accept returns of domestic orders within 10 business days of the date the order was shipped. 

Please note any returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee. 

Eligible domestic returns are issued as a credit on a House of Olia gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked "Sale" cannot be returned.

International returns are not accepted.
